When do I need to order spacer beads?

You will only need to order spacer beads if you order a bangle with charms, a necklace with charms, or if you are ordering charms that are for an existing bangle or necklace that already have spacer beads on them.  Spacer beads do not go on link style charm bracelets.

If  I order a bracelet and charms, will the charms come to me already put on the bracelet, or will I need to have them put on?

As long as you indicate it in the comments section, the charms will be put on the bracelet for you at no additional charge.  However, if you do not indicate this, the charms will be sent to you individually.

I already have a charm bracelet.  How do I add these charms?

Every charm will come to you with a stainless split ring attached.  This is like a tiny split key ring.  We use stainless ones because of their strength and durability.  We don’t use sterling split rings because silver is a soft metal. If these were to “catch” on your clothes, they would pull open, and you would lose the charms.  Depending on your bracelet style, you may be able to put them on yourself. If you find that you cannot, you will need to have them put on by a jeweler. 

Do you have gift boxes?

We have gift boxes available.  Please indicate if you need them, and for which items you need them, in the comments section.

Why do you need my telephone number?

It is very important that you include your telephone number in your information section.  Because so many orders are custom designed, we want to make sure everything is done exactly the way you want it. In order to accomplish this, we may need to call you to verify your instructions
